My husband loves pasta salad.. and this just sounds too good. Is it just me, or does it seem a little out of place? Made this with asparagus, feta, and parmesano. This however, is genius. I ate mine with the the goat cheese, my husband without. Thanks! When finished, it will have a bit of black on the outside, and the inside will be hot and gooey. I think I will try this dressing on some mixed greens. Sounds like great flavor, better for you and much prettier than mayo too. I love pasta with peas, and shells are my favorite.
